Apr, Oct, Nov, Dec     : $125/night, $750/week, $2,100/month
Jan, Feb , Mar        : $150/night, $950/week, $2,500/month 
May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep: $100/night, $500/week, $1,200/month 

7days or more, weekly + prorated weekly rate for remaining days
30days or more, monthly + prorated monthly rate for remaining days
Less than 7 days, nightly rate.
Overlapping seasons, prorate for each season, then add them together.

$500 refundable security deposit required for booking
$125 Cleaning Fee.

Deposit Due for booking, cleaning fee and rent is due 30days prior to
arrival.
Cancellation Policy:  All money is returned if cancelled 30 days prior
to arrival. No money is refundable less than 30 days.


Housekeeper-Optional, includes laundry and general cleaning of $125
per visit.
