the balcony from the master bedroom or the family room as it runs
the width of the unit. This property is DIRECTLY across the street
from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sandy beaches.
Many people enjoy the intracoastal for the view of the boats, birds,
fish and dolphins. At night, sit and peacefully watch the lights
from the boats as they pass by. Enjoy fishing from the on-site dock.
Play tennis on site or ask for recommendations for near by golf
locations.

Numerous delicious restaurants are near by. You are just 10 minutes
from Clearwater Beach and 30 minutes or less from Tampa International
Airport, with Busch Gardens being 45 mintues and Disney World 90
minutes away.

Master Bedroom: queen-size bed, walk in closet, Cable TV, balcony
access. 2nd Bedroom: two twin beds, large closet, desk. There is a
full-size sleeper sofa in the family room along with an
entertainment center. Two full bathrooms, with plenty of towels.
The dinning table accommodates 6 comfortably.

Be prepared to make this a yearly place to visit with RELAXATION
being the key.
