Beautiful, well maintained townhouse style condo, 2 bedroom and 2 bath poolside at the Rockport Racquet & Yacht Club. Everything is first class, clean & working we take pride in our condo. Spacious living room & dining on ground floor along with fully equipped kitchen and deck with bbq to grill your fresh fish while sitting by the pool. Also on ground level is a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. Upstairs has a beautiful king size bedroom set and private full bath.
The 750' pier with lights & cleaning station is just a short walk away, under the beautiful huge Oak Trees. Sit under the canopy of trees and enjoy the view and breeze of Aransas Bay. Boat slip and parking available at no charge. Wireless internet, cable and tv's (3) provided, washer & dryer just a few steps from unit.
