This 35 sqm studio is located in the western part of Rome called Monteverde, near the largest Roman park, Villa Pamphili. (5 min walk ).On the first two floors there is a school.
The apartment is situated on the top floor of a 5 storey Bauhaus style building.
The apartment enjoys quiet and light all day round due to its picture windows. There is an incredible view of St'Peter's dome. It offers a fully equipped open kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower. It is completely furnished and it's been newly refurbished. It's a perfect accommodation for a couple.
Just 15 min. by tram from the historical center, Trastevere. The tram (tram n° 8) and bus stops are right under the building. The tram leaves every 5 min and runs from 5.30 am to 2am.
Close by, many shopping facilities and a small lively outdoor fresh market, bars, ice-cream and pizza. The penthouse is provided with a Wi-Fi connection, and A/C.
