Swim, BBQ, relax, and fish right off your back porch or launch your boat at the private neighborhood boat ramp and dock your boat in the house's new boat lift. Minutes from the bay by boat. By Golf Cart your are only minutes to the beach, Sea Isle Marina, Bait Shop, community pool, Restaurant and bar! Sea Isle boasts its own beach parking area. Sits on the second canal from the bay for quick access to bay fishing and watersports!
This house has three bedrooms (two queens, a double and a single as well as two ottomans that fold out to single beds), two baths upstairs and a beach shower downstairs, along with a large deck on the upper level and an equally large shaded patio on the lower deck and a new boat lift.
In addition the house is fully loaded with free Wi-Fi, full linens, towels, and fully equipped kitchen. Well kept, non-smoking. Looking to have a wonderful breakfast while enjoying the sea breeze or taking a boat ride from your back porch boat lift, or a leisurely 5 minute golf cart drive to the beach, restaurant, bay or marina - this is the house for you.
Sea Isle is a wonderful neighborhood - you will want to return.
Parties, weddings, receptions, or company festivities are not allowed. We rent only to family groups and responsible adults older than 25 years of age. Adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests.
Any use of the property for purposes other than family vacations must be addressed when booking the reservation.
