Top floor condo with a wrap around balcony facing the west - you will love every sunset! New owner in 2012 is first to rent this luxury condo. It is upgraded with every amenity - granite counter tops, crown molding and designer furnishings. Enjoy a master bedroom with a new plush king bed mattress - and sliding glass door to oversized balcony. The second bedroom also boasts a king bed and its own bath. Bring the children to this spacious condo - with a third bedroom with a bunk bed and trundle (sleeps up to 3). Third bedroom with KING bed also has its own bathroom.
Stroll past the large pool (heated March - April) with its own lap lane to the sugar white sands of your own beach. Beach chairs are included March to October. Relax in the hot tub by the pool or slip into the on site gym to do cardo or lift weights. Have bikes delivered to the bike rack and visit the unique seaside villages of Thirty-A (thirty-AHHHH to us natives) along 20 miles of bike trails.

Your condo includes FREE WIFI, flat screen TV's in living area and every bedroom, a kitchen stocked with blenders, crock pots, high end dishes and cutlery as well as plenty of cook ware.
San Remo is a secluded, gated enclave of just 32 condos where you can escape the rush of daily living. There is a large pool with lap lane, hot tub and on site gym. Four charcoal barbeque grills by the pool for grilling fish or burgers.

Just minutes from the largest designer outlet in Florida, Silver Sands Outlet and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in our area such as Cafe Tango, Fire, Smiling Fish, and Basmati's. Visit the Naked Grape for wine tasting or stop by Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor for coffee and the BEST cinnamon buns.

Saturday to Saturday ONLY during Peak seasons of Summer and Spring Break.
Please add cleaning fee of $175, 12% tax and a non refundable damage insurance of $39.
45 day cancellation poiicy, full refund outside of 45 days with $25 handling fee.
Rates include Beach Chair service (March to October), soaps, detergents and starter supplies of paper goods.
