Lake Annie Home on private clear sand-bottom lake in Gainesville

Beautful view of 35 acre clear sand bottom lake from the breakfast table and outside deck. Lake is deep in the center, shallow around the edge and great for swimming or fishing. (If you are chest deep in the water, you can see your toes) Twin beds in one bedroom, Queen bed in another that share a bath. Split bedroom plan with master suite (king bed) walk-in closet and over sized Spa tub/shower.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in a large family room to accommodate additional guests. Very comfortable home.

Home fully furnished complete with bed linen (flannel sheets in winter) towels, blankets, books, movies, games, cable TV, DVD/CD, VCR, (3) TV's. Cassette player and lots of books on tape.

The lake is small enough to allow you to monitor your older children at all times. Only two motor boats which are seldom used so the lake is quiet and peaceful and safe for kayaks, swimming and canoes.

Kitchen completely equipped including spices, pots, pans, cookie sheet, culander, microwave, blender, toaster, dish washer, coffee pot, coffee grinder, waffle iron, Forman grill, crepe maker pizza pan, cake pans, pie plates.

Laundry room with iron, ironing board, drying rack, washer and dryer.

Bathrooms have tub/shower combo, soap, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, hair curlers.

Central heat and A/C, paddle fans in most rooms. Large deck off dining area overlooks the lake. Chain link fenced yard. Rafts, life jackets, floats, noodles, water fins, lawn furniture, lake stuff, located in garage. Floating dock. Pack and Play, putter, golf balls and chipping basket in master closet. Tons of puzzles, board games, playing cards and books.

Paddle boat available for use at no additional charge.  Canoe also, but it has a slow leak.  Need a cup with you if you are out for long. Grill outside on the deck.

Our manufactured home is located equi-distant from each coast and within 2
hours of Disney World, Bush Gardens, Canaveral Space Center, Universal Studios, MGM and Sea World; 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean; 1 1/4 hour from Gulf; 25 miles from the St Johns river; 35 minutes from Silver Springs; 20 minutes from Gainesville; 1 1/2 hour from Daytona Beach; 1 hour from St. Augustine; 1 hour from Jacksonville; 1 1/4 from Jacksonville Zoo and airport; near 17 mile hiking/biking trail; located 3 miles east of Hawthorne and several quaint restaurants (no fine dining), grocery, Dollar General, Family Dollar, CVS Pharmacy, Subway, Video store, Pizza place, and hardware store; Close to Gator and Jaguar football, golf, tennis, fishing, swimming, diving, boating, water skiing, surfing, shopping (huge upscale outlet mall 45 min away) There are many large lakes nearby with public boat ramps that will accommodate skiing and jet skis. Have never seen aligators in the lake.
