breezes, salt air, and the laid back island life style of old
Florida. Enjoy the nature and friendly folks who share this
beautiful island yet undiscovered. Watch the bright stars and milky
way undisturbed by city lights while listening to the waves as the
roll ashore.

Featuring spacious upstairs master suite with an ocean view, 4 TVs,
VCR, screened porch plus sun deck. Heated pool installed ($200/week charge if use heater). Washer and dryer are downstairs, fenced pet area, nice beach porch with picnic table, plus easy beach access. Newly installed Park grill available, beach amenities such as coolers, umbrella, and beach noodles! Dog crate available also for the convenience of our pet friendly visitors.

Fine dining, especially fabulous local seafood, is readily available
on the island and just over the bridge. Local pubs offer friendly
atmosphere, good food and live entertainment amongst welcoming
islanders. Many rental facilities on the island include bicycles,
scooters, jet skies, kayaks, guided boat trips and much more.
Quaint shopping opportunities allow for browsing both on the island
and just off the island. For the nature lovers a visit to the Saint
George Island State Park at the eastern end of the island is a
must. Horse back riding, bird watching and collecting sea shells to
remember your trip by are most enjoyable also.

Weekly Rates:
Low Season: $1075.00
Mid Season: $1340.00 
High Season: $1870.00

Deposits:
$Pet Deposit included in weekly rate - Non Refundable. For more than
one pet, special permission must be obtained and an additional pet
fee paid per pet. Guests must sign a Pet Agreement in advance or at
check-in. Pets in a non-pet property are strictly forbidden and will
result in immediate eviction with NO refund of rent.
$30.00 non-refundable reservation-processing fee
Cancellation Policy: A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged if
you cancel your reservation. If the property is not re-rented for
the canceled period, the entire advance rental payment will be
forfeited.
If the property is re-rented, your advance payment, less the $75.00
cancellation fee, will be refunded upon receipt of advance payment
from the new tenant. Transfer of reservations, whether to the same
property for different dates or to a different rental property, will
be treated as a cancellation.
Damage Deposit: All properties are inspected before and after
occupancies. Rental guests have full financial responsibility for
damages due to misuse, negligence or missing items. A $35.00 non-
refundable damage fee or a $500.00 damage deposit is required at
time of booking. The $500.00 damage deposit is payable by cash,
personal check, money order or cashiers check only. Damage deposits
are refunded 30 days after departure, provided all rental conditions
are met, including: Property left reasonably clean and without
damage, dishes washed and put away, garbage disposed of properly in
outdoor container, furniture left in original location. Keyless
entries are installed.
Please Bring: Additional toilet tissue, bath soap, paper towels,
detergent, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, foil, chef�s knives,
coffee filters, condiments including salt, pepper and sugar, beach
towels, beach chairs, bug spray and sunscreen.
