Grab a cold drink (plenty of ice in the icemaker) and listen to music on the stereo as you savor the ocean view. Watch a flick on the VCR or DVD while you wait for dinner. Catch your favorite show on TV. On those chilly coastal nights, huddle around the gas fireplace, share stories of the day's adventures, or make plans for tomorrow's.

Flounder's has two, tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own TV, VCR, and DVD player too, so you can catch a little Leno, Letterman, or Conan before you turn out the light. The condo has two bathrooms, so there's little floundering to get ready as well.

Great dining in the area! Of the coastal towns, perhaps only Seaside can hold a candle to the variety of cuisine waiting for you in and around Lincoln City. Enjoy pizza and prawns, penne and kung pao...just about anything! Or, make something right in Flounder's kitchen, with a microwave (no oven), and dishwasher for easy cleanup so you can be on your way quickly.

Of course Lincoln City has all the fun beach things you could ask for like fishing, canoeing, windsurfing and jet skiing. But when you're ready to empty the sand from your shoes after a day of flying kites, playing in the sand, or just watching the ebb and flow of the mighty Pacific, why not move a little further inland and enjoy some of the attractions in and around Lincoln City. There are a number of art galleries where you can look for that perfect painting or vase for the den. Pick up a souvenir or an antique at one of the many specialty shops, or check out the stores at the nearby outlet mall. Golfers: hit the links at Salishan Resort (about 5 minutes south) or Chinook Winds Golf Resort (about 15 minutes north). Or, head over to the Lincoln City Rec. Center where you'll find everything from swimming, to basketball, to indoor rock climbing for a daily fee.
