This bright and spacious Bend vacation home makes a wonderful family getaway! Located in a quiet neighborhood in southwestern Bend, the house is just a few minutes' walk from the wooded trail that meanders alongside the Deschutes River. With access to a community pool and beautiful city parks, your whole family will love spending time in this modern retreat.

Everyone can gather in the sun-drenched great room, which has vaulted ceilings, warm hardwoods, and towering windows. A modern and well-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, and dinnerware you may need to prepare meals for a large group. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for a glass of wine and a snack, or gather around the adjacent dining table for a more formal meal. On sunny days, head to the deck for a barbecue around the gas grill.

The kitchen and dining area overlook the spacious living room for optimal socializing. Here, handsome leather sofas are arranged before a cozy gas fireplace and flat-screen cable television. While the adults linger over long conversations by the fire, the kids can escape to the more casual family room and spread out with a board game.

With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, up to ten guests can comfortably share this special home. The master suite is extremely spacious, and features its own flat-screen television and a bathroom with luxurious soaking tub.
