something for everyone. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home offers privacy, 
fun and convenience for parents, grandparents and kids. Everyone will

everyone a place to relax and take in sunsets and gulf breezes. 
First floor bedroom (Q) with private bath is a bonus for Grandparents and

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Happy Hour is a very short walk to the 
most magnificient pool around. The Beach is a 3-6 minute walk or a 
zip over on the "Door-to-Beach" Shuttle. Just call the number which 
is prominently displayed in the house and the Shuttle will be at 
your front door to scoot you over to the Beach, coolers, kids and all! 
Seacrest is growing by the minute...make CERTAIN you know the layout 
of Seacrest and all the homes.

Spring Break - March 8th - April 25th - $2400 per week.
Spring - April 26th to May 16th - $2000 per week
Summer - May 17th to August 10th- $2700 Per week
Fall - AFTER AUGUST 11th - $1600 
Winter - $1300
Subject to 11% Fl state tax and $25 processing fee.
Owner pays cleaning fee. $500 security/damage deposit collected on all summer rentals.
