We are no longer using a management company which is a HUGE savings
to us AND YOU! We are the only ones booking Happy Hour and take great

then so am I. This is our investment and we rent only to families

Spring Break - March 1st-April 18th - $2200 per week.
Spring - April 19th to May 17th - $2000 per week
Summer - May 18th to August 12th- $2300 Per week
Fall - August 31st to Jan. 1 - $999 per week

Does not apply to Thanksgiving or Christmas Week. Subject to 11% Fl state tax and $25 processing fee.
$150 cleaning fee. $300 security/damage deposit collected on
all rentals.
