Happy Hour is a 90 second walk to our magnificent resort-like pool; just 7 houses away. You can practically see The Villages from our front deck which is where you'll find the Interactive Water Fountain, cute shops and the new Mexican restaurant.  Happy Hour is directly between Rosemary Beach and the new, upscale, Alys Beach.  Festivals, adorable and tasty restaurants, outdoor concerts and a 17 mile bike path are all within minutes of your front door.

NEW!!!  As mentioned above....We have just signed on with a fabulous Concierge Service; Swantree...at NO extra cost to you! (Peace of mind for us :) ) You will love this top of the line service!!  They will meet you at the front door, show you through the house and address your requests.  Our guests have raved about this service!

BEACH

 The Beach is a 4-6 minute walk or a zip over on the "Door-to-Beach" Shuttle. Simply call the number in the house and the tram will be at the front door to scoot you, your kids AND coolers right over to the beach steps.  Can't beat THAT! 

Seacrest is growing by the minute...make CERTAIN you know the layout
of Seacrest and all the homes. Prices vary on homes and there are
reasons why :)
