Brand new spacious approx 1300 sq ft luxury river front condominiums with incredible river views and easy beach access, about 5 min walk to beach. Living room has lovely gas fireplace, large flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD player, comfortable seating and entrance to balcony overlooking the Necanicum River. Gas BBQ and outdoor chairs provided. Master bedroom has a Queen bed with VIEWS as well plus cable TV and free wireless internet. Master bath has granite counters and shower/jetted tub combo with granite surround as well. The kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets, and dishwasher. Second bedroom has another Queen bed and full bathroom is just off the bedroom access as well. Exercise room available for adults only (18 years and older). Utility room with washer/dryer in the unit as well. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. Gated parking for 2 cars only, no smoking or pets.
