Open living and dining room area with cable TV with VCR/DVD player and library of movies to watch. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave. 2nd bathroom has shower, commode and sink plus stack washer/dryer. Fabulous location for family get together plus other rentals close by such as 435 4th right next door. Parking for 3 cars maximum. Outdoor furniture available for summer with BBQ. River is just 3 properties east.
