This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home will make you want to put your bags down and begin your much needed time away!  When you walk in the door you will notice the large sunroom which will be ideal for taking an afternoon nap, catching up on your favorite book, or just getting that R&R you’ve been waiting for.  The sunroom enters into the spacious living room with an “open concept” that flows into the newly remodeled kitchen.  Off of the kitchen is a room that has a washer/dryer for your convenience along with an entry door to the screened lanai where there is a dipping pool for everyone’s entertainment.  There is also a privacy fence around the pool/lanai, and patio area for more seclusion. 

To the right of the kitchen is a large master bedroom with a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom that offers a tub/shower combo. You will appreciate the privacy this home has with the other 2 bedrooms being on the other side of the home.  The 1st guest bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 Twins which are great for accommodating families.  A sleeper sofa is located in the living room to allow up to 8 guests in the home.

For our guests with allergies, this home has been designated both nonsmoking and pet free.  Wireless high speed internet has also been included for those who may need to keep in touch while still on vacation.

To the above rates add a departure cleaning fee of $140, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, $40 damage waiver fee, and 11% tax.  Rates include all utilities.
