The house has ceiling fans in every room, plantation shutters on all of the windows, with vertical blinds on the sliders and a whole house music system/speakers in every room including outdoor speakers.

Spacious kitchen offering an incredible cooking space & an abundance of Cabinetry.   Professional Stainless Steel Jenn-Air Appliances with Gas Range, Over The Range Microwave, French Door Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator with icemaker, Dishwasher, Food  Disposal, Granite counter tops, a breakfast/serving bar, 2 pantries & more! Family Room:
The family room which is directy off the kitchen has 2 large reclining sofas, 2 end tables and a coffee table. There is also a 37 inch flat screen TV with HD channels & DVR service, a Blu-ray DVD player and a Nintendo Wii with misc. games.  The family room also has direct sliding door access to the 1,400+ sq. foot screened in lanai/patio.

Living Room:

Master Suite:
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed with 2 night stands and a dresser, an alarm clock plus a 29 inch LED flat screen TV hung on the wall with HD channels. The master bedroom also has "his and hers" walk in closets and direct sliding door access to the screened in lanai/patio.

The Master Bathroom has "his and hers" vanities with two sinks and granite counter tops, a large jetted jacuzzi tub, a walk in shower, a private toilet and a hair dryer.

Cabana Suite:
The Cabana Suite has another Queen Sized Bed plus 2 night stands and a dresser, an alarm clock, a 29 inch LED flat screen TV and a closet.

The Cabana Bathroom has a single sink with granite counter top, a walk in shower, toilet, hair dryer and door for direct access to the screened in lanai/patio.

Bedroom 3:
Bedroom 3 has another Queen Sized Bed plus 2 night stands and a dresser, a 29 inch LED flat screen TV and a closet. Bathroom 3 is shared between Bedrooms 3 & 4.  The bathroom has a single sink with granite counter top, toilet, a tub/shower combo and a hair dryer.

Bedroom 4:
Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin Sized Beds plus 1 shared night stand and a dresser, a 29 inch LED flat screen TV and a closet.  Bathroom 3 is shared between Bedrooms 3 & 4.  The bathroom has a single sink with granite counter top, toilet, a tub/shower combo and a hair dryer.

Breakfast Nook & Formal Dining Room:
The breakfast nook has a great view of the pool with seating for 4 while the formal dining room has ample seating for 6.

On-site babysitting and/or childcare services are available for a negotiated hourly fee by the owner's wife.  She is an experienced nanny for children 0-15 years old and she is First Aid, Adult and Infant CPR and AED Certified.  References available upon request.

Monthly rates are based on 28 days.
Rentals typically begin and end on a Saturday but exceptions are possible.

RENTAL TERMS:

Reservation ............... Security Deposit & Signed Rental Agreement required to secure dates.  Balance Due 30 days prior to arrival as per rental agreement.

Security / Damage Deposit ................ $500.00 for stays less than 4 weeks or $1,000.00 for stays of 4 weeks or more (Refundable within 7 days of the end of the lease term after inspection)

Pool and Spa/Hot Tub Heating Optional (recommended October to May) ................ $30.00 per day or $185.00 per week.

(+) Cleaning fee .................. $100.00 (one time cleaning fee at the end of your rental period)
