Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is one of the few choice ground floor walk-out units on  
Sanibel Island. It is especially convenient for all ages with  
direct access to the beach, pool, and grills. The screened porch is perfect  
for enjoying the Gulf view, tropical flowering shrubs and wildlife  
just outside. Pointe Santo is one of the most beautifully landscaped  
and maintained complexes on the island, with 600 feet of beach front. 
 
We care for our unit as a second home, and use it frequently for  
family get-togethers. It has been updated with an open kitchen,  
renovated baths, and new bedroom furniture. It can be called  
luxurious, but also is casual for relaxed family living at the  
beach. 
 
Everything that you need, from kitchen appliances to linens is  
provided, so you can just bring the family and move right in. 
 
It will accommodate up to six if the queen-size sofa-bed is used  
along with the king size bed, and queen and single beds in the  
guest room. Included in the unit are a washer and dryer, three TVs, VCR, DVD  
player, stereo and CD player. 
 
Free WiFi and ethernet access are provided. 
 
Pets are not allowed on the grounds, and we would appreciate no  
smoking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pointe Santo has a full time youth activities director, with a program of activities such as  
sanddollar painting, shell baskets, face painting, arts and crafts, shelling education, and ice cream  
sundaes. 
 
Heated pool, tennis and jacuzzi overlooking the Gulf. 
 
Barbeque grills and picnic tables just outside our porch. 
 
Shuffleboard and Beach volleyball

Activities and Attractions

In addition to all of the activities offered at Pointe Santo, with  
its finest shelling in the world (billions of shells, not just a  
dozen or so here and there), the island of Sanibel offers numerous  
attractions and things to do. Some 40 percent of the island is  
protected as a wildlife preserve, with mile after mile of hiking and  
biking trails and canoeing waterways. 
 
You can fish, golf, take a boat to nearby isolated islands, shop,  
eat at great restaurants. Or just lounge around with a good book  
under the palm trees. Sanibel is all about relaxation and fun.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are up to $1275 per week during late spring, summer and fall  
seasons; and up to $2350 during the busiest winter and spring  
seasons. Rental fees include all costs such as linens and cleaning. 11% state tax is added to fees.  
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. WiFi access from the condo and ethernet connection are free.
