Capitol of Florida!! Ozello Keys, Crystal River, Florida. This
Property sits on a lagoon. The property has its own boat
Launching Ramp! There are two individual homes on one property.
Stilt home with guesthouse. Both available waterfront and furnished.
3 Bedroom Stilt home-
This home has a Screened porch first floor and a
huge screen room second floor overlooking the Lagoon and island!!
Not someone elses back porches as with canal rentals. Waterviews
from Kitchen, Dining area, and Livingroom Bay Window.
2 bedroom Guesthouse has a ground level view of the lagoon from
the livingroom and a bedroom. The home has Mexican tile Floors, and
a large wrap around porch overlooking the lagoon, island, and our
Docks.
The lagoon leads to the St. Martins River, the river leads directly
to the Gulf of Mexico -or- the Salt River through the backwaters
North to Crystal River,or South to the Homosassa River without going
to the Gulf. This is truly a boaters, Scuba Divers, Waverunners,
kayak,canoe,and Fishermans paradise... Play with Manatees, 100 lbs
of LOVE, Go Scalloping in Gulf. Explore the backwaters, Catch Huge
Redfish, Scuba Dive Caves in Kings Bay and so much more...
