The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. Enjoy the pool on site or take the tram to the huge 12,000 sq. ft. pool at Seacrest. The beach access is a short 5 minute walk or you can take the tram. There are several shops and restaurants on site and many more along 30-A. Come on down and enjoy Old Florida beach living!

A $300.00 refundable deposit is required to book this unit & will be returned after checkout as long as there is no damage to the unit. 50% of the balance is due at 60 days, the remaining 50% of balance due at 30 days. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before 30 days forfeits the $300.00 deposit. Cancellation 30 days to 15 days before forfeits the $300.00 deposit and 50% of balance. Cancellation 14 days or less forfeits $300.00 deposit and 100% of balance Cancellation must be received in writing via e-mail or fax. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.
