vacation rental description
Enjoy beautiful views through the 5000 square foot glass
windows overlooking Aquia Creek. The house has a spacious indoor pool, indoor
bar and boathouse has TV’s and dining options as well. Family friendly River
house or a great location for bass boaters. Four fully-furnished bedrooms and sleeps
up to 10 comfortably. Excellent fishing, kayaking, crabbing,
barbecue/picnicking, jet skiing, boating. Great location for bass tournaments and
right on the river. You can see various types of wild life such as bald eagles,
pelicans, and all types of birds live in the area. Hope Springs Marina has boat rentals and a beach and is located within walking distance. We have an older dock and access to tie up
and put in at Hope Springs Marina. By water it is 12 minutes to Timm's 2 at Fairview beach. Just 45 minutes from Richmondand 45 minutes from Washington by land.
Available for weekend, weekly or monthly rentals.

pit by the boat house and fun for roasting marshmallows, etc.
