with large oversized deck overlooking beachfront and pier.

state of art appliances/furnishings. 
 
Pull out(Queen size) Couch in living room. 
 
Full Laundry facility within Basement Common area. 
 
Renter to Supply own linens/towels- Linen service(no changeovers) is  
available via contractor for an additional $175.00.

2009 SEASON: (NOTE: 7% Maine Lodging TAX not included) 
 
  Rates to TBD by November 15th based on market comparables. 
 
  Peak Season(6/20/09-8/22/09): $X USD per week 
 
  Off-Peak Season(June/August dates not listed above): $Y USD per  
  week 
 
   OTHER Off-Peak Season: $Z USD per week Apr/May/Sept/Oct/Nov   
  NO Daily rentals accepted. 
 
   Monthly Rental Rates are available based on calendar availability. 
  
  Security Deposit($350.00)is due 60 calendar days  
  before occupancy. Security deposit is returned within 72 hours of  
  departure. 
 
  FULL Balance DUE 60 calendar days before occupancy. 
 
  Reservation deposit of $300($150.00 for non-season) required to  
secure week(s). Reservation deposit is 100% refundable up to 90  
calendar days cancellation notice,  0% therafter.  
Reservation deposit is applied towards weekly rental fee. 
 
  Calendar Availability link is posted above on this web page and is  
updated as booking reservations occur.  
 
NOTE: "Booked" within the availability Calendar means that I have  
received and "processed" a reservation deposit for that week. A week  
is available on the calendar until a deposit has been "received and  
processed".
