Beautiful, large and modern townhouse in Tulum

We rent a beautiful, modern and large 2 floor house, which is part of a residential estate with 8 villas and 20 condos. The condominium White is settled in a huge tropical garden with a lengthly swimmingpool. The modern and simple architecture combined with the natural environement makes it a very special place. The swimmingpool is perfect for swimming or just for refreshing from the Carribean sun. The house has about 170m2; on the groundfloor there's an open kitchen, dining area, living room, pantry and a bathroom. there's a veranda directly to the garden. The safe, quiet neighbourhood and the unique garden with its colourful birds makes your stay an unforgettable and relaxing experience.
The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and a bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has an individual bed and a matrimonialsize bed, bathroom with big tub. On the roof we have a beautiful terrace furnished with pergola, dining and lounge area where you can enjoy a barbecue, tropical sunsets and the warm summer nights.
As typical in the Yucatan Peninsula we have comfortable hammocks in each room.
There are two bicycles with children seat for use.
The house is about 5 minutes from Tulum town and 10 minutes away from Tulum beach - one of the most beautiful beaches of the world.

Tulum is a perfect destination to explore the yucatan peninsula with its colonial cities (valladolid, merida, izamal...), the mayan ruins (tulum, coba, chichen-itza, ek balam, uxmal...), the biosphere of Sian K'aan (UNESCO world heritage) and enjoy the beautiful carribean sea.

Prices 2012 / 2013:

• High season (December to May): 1400.- usd per week
• Middle season (May, July, August, November): 1000.- usd per week
• Low season prices (June, September, Oktober): 800.- usd per week
• Christmas/New Years Week 2012/2013: 2500.- usd per week

We rent Christmas/New Years Week 2012/2013 only the complete weeks from Saturday to Friday; 21st until the 28th of december or 28th of december until the 4th of january.

14% taxes are included in the prices.

Payment methods: Bankwire, Paypal (+ 4% taxes).
We charge 50% by reservation and the other 50% one
month before renting.
