You will appreciate the intimate setting of the screened 2nd floor patio with a garden view. We provide you with free-High-speed wireless internet and you will also have exclusive access to the Castle Pines resort-style pool & hot tub.
The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, private washer/dryer, iron board, hairdryer, etc. One of the bedrooms has a small fridge and sink and can be rent by itself since it has its own outside access. It's the feel of a noce hotel room at a fraction of the price !

October 1st - November 30th
$750 for 1 week.

50% deposit due at time of reservation. Remaining 50% deposit due 30
days prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of $300 is due
30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded upon
inspection of property after departure unless there are damages to
villa or loss of contents. No refunds given for cancellations. No refunds for early departure.
Above listed prices do not include the 11.5% mandatory state and local taxes. A departure cleaning fee of $100 will apply for stays of less than 4 weeks.
