Very nice condo in quiet treed community, five minutes by car from Cherry Grove Beach. Screen porch and fully equipped. Washer/Dryer, 2 TV's, upstairs bedroom has queen bed, downstairs has 2 full. Community has 2 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, outdoor grills. Close to many golf courses in NC and SC. Rates will increase September 2013. Pets must be under 35 lbs. $50 pet deposit is required and be returned if no carpet damage.

Fully furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Bring your own linens and towels. Key opens pools and trash compactor near front of community. All trash goes in trash compactor. Be sure to put parking pass on dashboard or car may be towed. Regulations for the development are on the counter.
