Petunia's Place is located in the Legends development on scenic,
county road 30-A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL about 10 miles East of
Destin.

Petunia's Place is a beautiful, newly decorated, 1400 square foot
town home just a short stroll to the white sand beaches and emerald
green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are 2 bedrooms and two
baths upstairs and a large living area, kitchen, half-bath and
laundry room downstairs. The upstairs master suite has a king size
bed, private bath with shower and separate Jacuzzi bathtub. The
second bedroom has 2 full size beds.

There are two very large balconies, one upstairs off the master
suite
with lovely gulf views and a second balcony downstairs off the
living
area overlooking one of the two pools. A stairway from the living
area takes you down to the ground level where private, covered
parking is provided for two vehicles.

There are two pools (one heated for winter)on property.
