This beautiful 3700 sq ft home is available starting Sept 10/12. It is an immaculate furnished rental with all the joys of home. Located one mile from Mayo Clinic. There is a formal living and dining room, completely stocked kitchen, granite counters, gas fireplace, pool and spa. Backyard is a beautiful oasis with mountain views. Master bdrm has a king size bed, second downstairs bedroom has twin/full bunks with trundle bed. Upstairs has another king room, a queen room, a third bedroom with 2 full beds. Second floor media room with a queen Aerobed if needed. Pool table, poker table.

An $89 non-refundable damage deposit is added to each rental.
Deparature cleaning fee of $275 for each rental.
