Vacation Rental Description

This five bedroom end unit (four levels) three bath townhouse condo  
is in the heart of New Hampshire's White Mountains.  It is about  
five minutes away from the original Polar Express (Nov. 30th to Dec.  
23rd) in downtown North Conway. 
 
The 2400 square foot retreat, which is away from the hustle and  
bustle, is air-conditioned, has wireless internet (bring your  
wireless card) and phone with unlimited nationwide long distance. 
 
 It offers access to the following ski areas:  
Mt.Cranmore (five minutes)Attitash (fifteen minutes)Black mountain  
(twenty minutes) Shawnee Peak (twenty-five minutes) Wildcat (forty  
minutes.)  
 
Minutes from Storyland and walking distance to major outlet shopping  
(Settlers Green)and multiple restaurants. Close to water slides,  
mini-golf, and about an hour away from The Polar Caves, Santas  
Village and Clarks trading post where you can see the black bears  
perform.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Getting ready in the morning is easy in this unit with three full  
bathrooms. All bedrooms and living areas have cable t.v. The walkout  
lower level has its own living room for the kids with a 25" tv with  
dvd/cd/vcr player, nintendo (bring your games), games and toys as  
well as an internet connected computer.  
One bedroom has a king sized bed with 25" t.v. dvd/vcr. The second  
bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with 27" t.v dvd/vcr. There is a  
full sized washer and dryer on this level in the bedroom laundry  
closet, as well as a full bathroom.  
 
The first floor has one bedroom with a queen sized bed,armoire with  
27" t.v./vcr and a full bathroom. Also on this level is a dining  
room which seats 8, and a fully applianced and outfitted kitchen  
(pots,pans,utensils,etc.)  which has the following:  
dishwasher/stove/refrigerator/toaster/microwave/blender/coffee maker  
etc.  The wood fireplaced living room with cathedral ceiling has a  
32" tv with dvd/cd/vcr in a full entertainment center.  
 
There is an open deck with gas grill and patio set, and a screened  
in porch off the first level. 
 
The second floor loft has a sitting area with a full sectional and a  
27" dvd/cd/vcr tv, Nintendo 64, and internet connected desktop  
computer. 
 
Connected to the loft is a master bedroom with a king sized bed 25"  
t.v. dvd/vcr, walk in closet with a full attached bathroom.  
 
The third floor skylighted loft bedroom(not appropriate for small  
children) has two full beds and one twin bed.  
 
Two foldable pack and plays for sleeping the little ones.  (Bring  
sheets for them.) 
 
All linens (towels,sheets,etc) are included. The unit has a large  
air conditioning unit for the main level and has central vacuum.   
There is a baby gate for the stairs, a pack & play, a portable high  
chair and a great selection of movies for the kids and adults. No  
pets allowed and this unit is smoke free.

Activities and Attractions

In the Summer  you will find plenty of lakes and rivers (Saco)  
nearby for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, boating and fishing.  There  
is also an abundance of hiking trails and rock-climbing areas. You  
can mountain bike, horseback ride, dirt bike ride, or take the  
family on a scenic bike ride.  
 
Driving distance to miniature and regular golf, go-carts, as well as  
water slides and and an alpine slide. There is also quaint North  
Conway Village, Summer theatre, concerts, Heritage N.H. and Jackson  
Falls.  
The winter months offer downhill and cross country skiing,  
snowmobiling, ice skating, sleigh rides,ice climbing,  
snowboarding,sledding, snowshoeing, and tubing.  
  
During the fall this is a great place to see the leaves change with  
the Kangamangus highway close by, as well as the scenic Conway and  
Cog railroad. The Fryeburg fair and apple picking are other fun Fall  
activities. You'll be close to Echo lake State Park, The Mount  
Washington Auto Road and Cathedral Ledge. 
 
Shopping is available at over 125 tax free outlet stores in the  
Spring and the rest of the year as well. There are two close movie  
theaters and a drive-in over the Maine border.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 1st through November 30th $250.00/night $1,350.00/week.  
 
December 1st through March 31st $275.00/night $1,350.00/week 
 
Two night minimum. 
 
Weekly rentals must include a full weekend. Weekly rentals that  
start  
on a weekend must run Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday. 
 
Refundable Security deposit $200.00 
 
Until deposit is received all rates are subject to change without  
notice. 
Rates are all inclusive including cleaning fees.  There are no  
hidden costs. 
Minimum stay requirements apply during holiday  
periods.   
 
Martin Luther King; Memorial Day; Columbus Day;  
...$1,050/three day weekend 
 
Feb/Dec vacation  $700/two night stay....$2,100/weekly rental
