Pristine Little Fountain condo community boasts a large heated pool with stunning mountain and desert views, jacuzzi, fitness center, clubhouse, and poolside BBQ.
This smoke free, pet free, airconditioned condo is fully furnished with all the amenities of home. Our condo features a queen bed in 1 bedroom and twin beds in the 2nd. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area and includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, coffee pot, dishes, and linens.
Cable TV, internet, and radio is furnished.

Weekly rates are $600 year round.
Monthly rates - May through November - $1600, December through April - $2200
$200 per month discount for rentals of 2 or more consecutive months
Deposit of 50% due at time of reservation with balance due 1 month prior to rental. If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, fees are not refundable unless re-rented. If re-rented the 20% cancellation fee will apply.
Cleaning fee - $125 due with final deposit
Security deposit of $250 due with final deposit is refundable after inspection.
