WELCOME 

Enjoy a stay in our spacious 3000 sq. ft. custom home just a few of streets away from Lake Tahoe. Built in 2008, the house features 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Great Room, Game Room with Pool Table, large Deck, Laundry Room, with Heated Floor throughout the house, recessed lighting, granite counter tops, and custom appliances. 

The home has a Keyless Entry on the Front Door for easier access, a security alarm system, a 2-car garage and additional parking in the driveway. 

All Bedding, Bed Linens and Towels are provided. For guests with small children, we provide a Crib with Crib Sheets, and Crib Bumper, 2 toddler bed guard rails, and 2 gates for the stairs upon a request. For additional guests, we have 2 twin size rollaway beds available. 

Enjoy unlimited calls within US on our landline and free Wireless Internet.

GREAT ROOM 

Our luxurious home features a wonderful floor plan designed by one of Lake Tahoe’s premier builders.  The kitchen, dining, and living area are all open to one another making the layout perfect for entertaining or just gathering.  Watch 224 channels with over 60 channels (including HBO, ESPN, Encore, Tennis etc.) of High Definition Satellite TV on our 60” Samsung Flat Screen LED TV from the comfort of our fully Reclining Leather Couch set, or watch BlueRay or DVD movies on our player while listening to sound effects on our 7.1 Surround Sound Stereo System throughout the living area. The Great room also features a floor-to-ceiling stone Natural Gas Fireplace, recessed lighting and 2 ceiling fans. 

KITCHEN 

Our fully equipped Kitchen features top of the line custom kitchen appliances, custom granite counter top with plenty of counter space, recessed lighting and a Kitchen Island. It has everything you may need during your stay to enjoy preparing your meals.

The Game Room, located on the 1st floor, features an 8-foot Billiard table and a Natural Gas Fireplace. We also offer board games and cards. 

PATIO 

Relax after a day of skiing in our brand new Hot Tub, fitted for 6 people. 

LAUNDRY 

The Laundry Room has a Whirlpool Washer and Dryer. Detergent is provided for your convenience.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT 

Check-In Time is 4:00 PM and Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized 
extensions beyond check-out time will result in a half to full day 
charge against your security deposit. To avoid such charges please 
call us prior to 10:00 AM to see if a late check-out is possible. 

PAYMENTS 

Payments may be made by personal check (if paid 14 days prior to checking in), cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks returned will have a $20.00 service fee charged. We can also accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover with a 4% processing fee.

The house is situated just a few minutes away from a Lake Tahoe beach by car. Or you can walk right out the front door for a nice walk to Tahoe Keys lagoon. 

The house is about 7 min away from Heavenly Ski Resort and 15 min away from Sierra Ski Resort. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, including “Factory Stores At Y”. There are plenty of other activities for adults and the kids near by, including golfing, fishing, rafting, boating, hiking, ballooning, biking, rock climbing, etc. Have fun with your kids at a Water Park located less than 5 minutes away from the house. 

Tahoe is also known for its casinos, 5 of which are located about 7 min from the house: Harrah’s, Harveys, Horizon, MontBleu, and The Lakeside Inn.
