Seas the Day Beach Cottage in Port Aransas

This picture perfect beach house on stilts sits only a short five minute walk from the beach, restaurants and local nightlife.  Centrally located to all Port A has to offer, the cottage has a huge front porch overlooking Station St with plenty of room to park a boat or jetskis.  Newly remodeled last year, it is fully stocked with washer/dryer, microwave, BBQ and all the kitchen essentials you could ever need.  It has a 52" flat screen tv with cable, there is free wifi, and central a/c and heat.  Each bedroom has cable tv with a flat screen on the wall, ideal for entertaining children.  There is also a hammock to enjoy the awesome gulf coast breeze while you relax after a long day at the beach or fishing.

Two Night Minimum- All Seasons. 

150 per night Monday thru Thursday (off season) Nov- March 1

200 per night from Monday thru Thursday- March 1st- Oct 31st

225 per night Fri and Sat. March 1st - Oct 31st 

Holiday Rates/Dates- (Day before & after Holiday included in Holiday Rates) Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July- 225 a night.

Monthly rates- 1250 per month from Nov-March 1st, 2500 from March 1st-Oct 31st

All Rentals- $200 refundable deposit (Due at Reservation) & $75.00 Cleaning Fee.

SPRING BREAK - $275 Nightly.  Spring Break Rates are nightly only- no weekly or monthly avaliable during month of March.  No one under the age of 25 may rent during Spring Break, and no Fraternities or sororities will be allowed to rent during Spring Break.
