Detailed description 
 
Our 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa is exquisitely furnished and  
equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation a dream  
holiday.  
 
The villa is perfectly located in the prestigious area of Crescent  
Lakes. This exclusive location is just 20 minutes from Disney and  
close to all of the best attractions in the Orlando area.  
 
Forest View offers spacious accommodation with over 3000sq ft of  
living space, all furnished to the highest standards. In addition,  
the pool area offers extensive leisure space, with stunning views, a  
large pool and an integral spa. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. 
 
Living areas 
 
There are three indoor living areas, providing great flexibility for  
all of the family.  
 
The main living space has three large sofas and a fully equipped  
entertainment centre comprising a large screen TV with cable  
programming, VCR player, DVD facilities and stereo/CD player. Plenty  
of room for everyone to gather in the evenings. This area also has  
direct access to the pool and poolside leisure area. 
 
In addition, there is a separate lounge area at the front of the  
property that contains a large sofa bed that can provide sleeping  
accommodation for two further guests, if needed. 
 
The final living space is on the upper floor and provides a retreat  
with two sofas and its own entertainment facilities (TV, DVD and  
video). This is an excellent family space, away from the main social  
areas. 
 
In addition to the lounges, adjoining the kitchen is the dining  
area, which provides the main access to the pool area through huge  
patio doors. All poolside access is controlled by child alarms, in  
line with local regulations. 
 
Bedrooms 
 
One of the main features of this villa is the spacious sleeping  
accommodation. This is arranged over two floors and offers a variety  
of combinations to accommodate large families and groups. 
 
The master suite is on the upper floor and is separated from the  
other living and sleeping areas. This comprises a huge bedroom with  
a king sized bed, with matching nightstands with lamps and a large  
dresser. The TV has an integral VCR and cable facilities. 
 
Within the master suite, there is also a huge bathroom, with large  
bath, separate large shower and double vanity sinks with a hairdryer  
for guest use. Two large walk in closets provide plenty of storage  
space. Off the bathroom there is also a separate WC.  
 
Also on the upper floor are three further bedrooms, separated from  
the master suite and surrounding the upstairs lounge area. There is  
a queen-sized room, with its own TV and DVD. The two large twin  
rooms are also very tastefully furnished. All of these rooms have  
walk-in wardrobes, bedside furniture and clothes chests. These rooms  
share a separate bathroom with shower. 
 
In addition to these, the ground floor offers two further bedrooms,  
comprising a queen and a twin, sharing their own bathroom. Each of  
these has their own built in storage facilities and come with  
bedside furniture and clothes chests. Finally, the front lounge  
offers a bed settee for occasional use and to bring the maximum  
sleeping accommodation up to 14.  
 
Other internal accommodation 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern features, including a  
microwave and dishwasher. It provides full cooking facilities and a  
wide range of crockery and glassware. The internal accommodation is  
completed by a laundry room, off the kitchen, with washing machine  
and tumble drier, and by the integral double garage that houses the  
gas barbeque that is available for use as an option. A child’s high  
chair, collapsible buggy and cot are also provided for your use. 
 
Exterior 
 
The main highlight of this villa is the extensive patio and poolside  
areas, encompassing the pool and spa. These back onto conservation  
woodland past a lawned garden and provide a private area for  
entertainment and relaxation.  
 
These are complemented by numerous sun loungers, two large patio  
tables and ample seating. The rear view is quite stunning and a  
contrast to the busy Orlando and Kissimmee environments that are  
only 20 minutes away. 
 
Location 
 
Crescent Lakes is a delightful community, occupied primarily by  
residents. It provides a safe luxury environment, surrounded by  
woodland, parks and lakes. 
 
You would not believe it is only 15 minutes from all of the  
attractions of the Kissimmee holiday environment and 20 minutes from  
the Disney and Seaworld complexes.  
 
The Coral Vine area of Crescent Lakes is a fully completed  
development, and has no passing traffic.  
 
Nearby, there are several golf courses and local supermarkets. 
 
For the more adventurous, the East and West coasts are just over an  
hour’s drive and provide a superb alternative to the fast lifestyle  
of central Orlando. 
 
The main airport is a 30 minute drive away, on a route that passes  
all the main stores, to get those essential items to allow you to  
settle straight in and relax. 
 
Please note that for the comfort and safety of all our guests our  
home is a no smoking home, although you may smoke in the deck area  
and ashtrays are provided. Sorry no pets. Allergy sufferers can rest  
assured that our home is maintained as a completely animal free  
environment.

These prices are subject to the addition of 13% Florida and County  
Sales Taxes. Gas pool heating available at £100/$170 per week  
including taxes. 
 
Discounts may be available for longer stays. Where a rental covers  
two rate periods, then the rental cost will be apportioned on a  
nightly basis. Rentals below a week may incur a supplement.
