Beautiful Boutique Condominium with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths located
just off the Intracoastal on a canal in the exclusive Coral Ridge
section of Ft. Lauderdale. Villoresi offers a very private courtyard
setting.
There are three private docks available to accommodate up to a 34ft.
boat with deep water access, beautiful pool, lounge chairs, barbeque
grill, and 4 reserved car spaces.
15 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport and a 10 minute walk to
the beach.

This unit comes with everything; beautifully furnished, with a large
gourmet kitchen with granite counters. It is completely stocked with
all the amenities you will need to feel right at home, new stainless
steel appliances and a wine cooler.
There are High Definition TVs in the family room and master bedroom.
Cable TV and wireless high speed internet access are included.
The Master Bedroom has an ensuite private bath. One of the other
bedrooms has a private bath as well. All bathrooms have a shower.
A washer and dryer are in the condo. Linens and towels are
provided. Cleaning service, airport pickup and drop-off and any other
service you may require are available at extra cost. We aim to make
