Our home is ONLY AVAILABLE Oct 1ST- March 31ST (April may be negotiable)

$1800.00 per month (includes pool service, bi-weekly house cleaning service)

Trash, Sewer, Water paid by owner. We will pay $125.00/month toward electric & gas. The balance will be paid by tenant out of the $500.00 deposit. If the pool is heated by tenant, this is 100% their responsibility and will be billed separately. Receipts for said utilities will be provided at the end of the rental contract.
