Anclote River Home in Tarpon Springs

Lovely vacation home located on the peaceful water's edge of the
Anclote River, with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Located within the
heart of the Historic Greek Community of Tarpon Springs, it is
within minutes of picturesque gulf beaches and the sponge docks of
Tarpon Springs.

Home has 2 bedrooms, with one queen and one full size bed. 2 full
baths. Living area with cable TV,DVD, and VCR. The eat-in kitchen
has everything you need including microwave oven. The study can be
used as a 3rd bedroom for 2.  A large covered screen lanai overlooks the river where you can enjoy the water views, dolphins, and shrimp boats of Tarpon or
have a relaxing meal. The house will accomodate 4 adults
comfortably although it will sleep up to 6. Amenities include
washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a gas grill. It is well furnished to
meet your vacation needs.

Enjoy saltwater fishing or sunbathing from your own private dock.
The setting offer picturesque views of the river and direct gulf
access by boat.Other recreational activities include bike riding on
the 37 mile Pinellas Trail, tennis, golf, diving, and deep sea
fishing, or fish from our own private dock. Kayak around the many
barrier islands of the Anclote River. It is within 2 hours of some
of the best amusement parks in the world - Disney World, Busch
Gardens, etc. You will enjoy the excellent choice of fine
restaurants and shopping.

The rates are $650 - $800 a week.
Monthly rental: April - November $2,500
December - March $2,700
A security deposit of 1/2 the rental rate is due at time of
booking. Full payment is due at check-in. A cashier's check, money
order, or cash are accepted. A one time cleaning fee of $75 is
required for all rentals. Cancellation Policy: Reservation/Security
Deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation notice received
within 30 days of rental period. Minimum of 6 weeks for booking.
This is a pet free and smoke free vacation home.
