Walt  Disney World, Animal Kingdom is the closest Disney park to us just 4 miles
away - we can even give you a great shortcut to avoid the traffic. We are so close,
you can easily break the day by going back home for a cooling swim in the
afternoons or head back to the parks in the evenings for the spectacular fireworks.

Home is newly furnished to a very high standard, There are three large
skylights which fill the room with lots of natural light,Vaulted ceilings . The open
floor plan allows interaction between the kitchen, dining and living area, ceramic
floor tiles thruout the house.  The home includes a TV and DVD player in every
bedroom. The living room and game room have flat 50" screen Plasma HDTV's,
blu-ray player on living room,game room and both master. The house includes free
wireless Internet access, Cable TV in the living room, game room and both
masters a total of 4 cable boxes, house phones with free national long distance,
Canada, Puerto Rico and local calling. The kitchen is fully equipped right down to a
built-in ice maker this newer refrigerator is equip with water filter ( no need for
battle water ), and service for twelve in both china and plastic for the kids. Top
quality mattresses await you in either the king size bedrooms or the Queen size
bedroom ( memory foam )

Home is equip with a great security system which includes Keyless entry with
your own personal code drive directly to your home no keys needed, alarm system
with contact in every windows and doors and 7 motion detector, 2 exterior
cameras, safety deposit ( safe ) professionally install you can set up your
personal code or use the card reader. Back yard is Fence for privacy there are
garden gates with keylock, Pool alarms on doors leading to pool area, child safety
pool fence.
