The bedroom suite invites you to rest in a comfortable queen bed, with each bedroom offering a full sized closet, cable television and private bathroom featuring bathtub/shower combination.

The outside patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cocktail or barbecuing on the gas grill with ample alfresco dining. This common area features panoramic bay views, where guests will enjoy the dramatic San Diego sunrises and a front row seat to Sea World's fireworks on summer nights. 

The property is non-smoking and family friendly.  Sorry, no pets.  Check-in time is 2 PM, check-out is 10 AM. 

Additional features include one complimentary off-street parking space, coin-op washer/dryer and gas barbecue grill.   High speed wireless Internet access throughout.

All rentals require a $200 refundable reservation, cleaning, and security deposit.  Deposits returned within 21 days of rental.

All rental balances due 30 days prior to arrival.  Payments accepted via Paypal up to 24 hours in advance for a 5% convenience fee.
