After the beach, you could wander to town for dinner but, with western exposure in the balcony, downstairs patio and living room,  we recommend watching sunset from the house and walking into town later to treat yourself to live music, ice cream, or both.  The kitchen is fully equipped and you can get fresh fish at the Village Market one block away or, catch your own in the emerald green salt water canal right in front of the your house.

Minimum 3 night rental. CLeaning fee: $140. Single family occupancy with a ten adult maximum. Reservation confirmed by deposit of 25% of estimated rental charge.  Total rental charge must be received 30 days in advance. Refund upon cancellation only in the event another guest can be booked for the cancelled dates. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM. *Early check-in and late check-out is always free whenever we can rearrange schedules to accommodate (and we will actively try). Guests must be 21 years of age and all persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or guardian or submit a damage and nuisance deposit. All rates are subject to 12% sales tax.
