This top floor, end unit has a spectacular view of the Turtle Inlet and Gulf from the living room with 18' screened lanai with sliding glass doors overlooking the water.  

This unit is for the nature and outdoor lover. The unit sits right on Neville Preserve where wildlife is abundant.  Fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.  Turtle Beach provides a quiet family friendly atmosphere, BBQ area, children's playground and outdoor showers/restroom facilities.

If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful, spacious unit to enjoy an extended vacation while still being only minuties to the village and nightlife, this is the place for you!  This is a small 8 unit building that is very quiet and relaxing.

Master bedroom has pillowtop king bed. Light weight down comforter with duvet--washed after each stay. No gross hotel comforters found here!  Attached full bath. Walk in closet.

2nd bedroom has pillowtop queen bed, also has down comforter with duvet-washed after each stay. Full bath directly across hall.

Queen pull out sleeper sofa in living room.  Linens provided.

Large screened lanai to enjoy evening sunsets, celing fan in patio, dining table with chairs. Great place to relax morning and evening. Patio seats 6.

2 new flat screen TVs, cable w/DVR, games, paperback books, and cards provided.

Wifi provided at no charge. 

2 beach cruiser bikes available for use during stay.

We rent any weeks available, you do NOT have to checkin on a Saturday to stay at this condo.
