This 1950 square feet tastefully furnished 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath pool home is centrally located in Temecula Valley, only minutes away from shopping centers and I-15 Freeway. Numerous Motocross tracks and local tourist attractions are within 15 minutes' reach: Pachanga Casino, Historical Old Town, Wine Country, Lake Skinner, hot-air balloon ride, horseback riding and etc.
With all year round pleasant climate, Temecula is ideal base camp for your day trips to Southern California's best tourist destinations: San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Palm Springs and (even) Las Vegas. Not to mention that some of the premier sites are within one hour radius: San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, Lego Land, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, and many many more fun places (Temecula is also known as the Motocross Mecca of the World!).
The home comfortably sleeps 6 persons (two Queen beds, two Twin beds). Please contact owner for your accommodation needs. Longer term rentals are welcome.
NOTE:
- No wedding or party. Smoking allowed only outside the house.
- No pet allowed.
- New fragile hardwood floor upstair, please take off your shoes on second floor. We appreciate your cooperation.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

- Rental rates are for accommodation of up to 4 persons. Additional person is $50/person per night, $200/person per week, and $500/person per month.
- Linen/Prep Fee: $100 - $200
- Security Deposit: $350 - $500 (refundable within one week after check-out if the home is left as found).
- Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer (when time permitted).
- Reservation is only confirmed upon full payment is received and verified. Until confirmed, all rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
