Malibu Artist House with Ocean Views in Malibu

The Artist's House is a 2 or 3 bedroom house high above the Pacific Ocean in Malibu Hills, overlooking the Santa Monica mountains with beautiful ocean views. Located on a 10 acre property owned by a world renowned artist.

All new furniture and fixtures in tropical colors, reminds you of being in the Caribbean.
Outside is a huge patio, surrounded by plants and flowers and a new gas bar-b-q grill.
Also, a beautiful deck to sit and and have your coffee while you look out over the hills and the sea.

A hand hewn stone hot tub is on the patio for relaxing under the stars by night. 

Kitchen: Located at the end of the Living room space, the full kitchen has a double sink in front of a huge window overlooking the hills. Full sized refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, convection toaster oven and a crockpot. All utensils, dishes and basic kitchen needs are supplied.

2 Bedrooms: Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and french windows and doors to the deck.  2nd bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds and a large closet.  Sleeps 6 people. 

3rd Bedroom Optional: One Queen bed and two twin beds.  Sleeps 10 people.

Bathrooms: Full bath with tub and shower. And an additional comode, sink and exotic outdoor shower, an experience you will long remember.

Living Room: Large living room newly furnished in tropical colors.

Artist's Studio: 3rd bedroom converts to a large space for art creation, used by artists from all over the world to paint. Also available for workshops, dance/exercise classes, etc. Studio can be part of the house but not included in rental rate. If the studio will be used, an additional rate will be charged. However, using it as a 3rd bedroom is included in the 3 Bdr. rates.

Large Private Parking Lot. Security gated entrance to private property.  Room for several vehicles.

Free unlimited wi-fi and satellite TV included.

Utilities: included for short term renters. Additional charge for long term month-to-month renters.

An Additional cleaning fee of $85 will be added to your rental rate. For long term renters this fee will be required every three weeks.

A small dog will be considered if well behaved. A refundable pet deposit will be required. Dogs must be with the guest at all times, not left alone in the house and never tethered outside alone. We have coyotes and other animals on the mountain. No pet should ever be left alone.

No parties allowed. If you are going to have guests, you must inform us ahead of time.

Full kitchen, free wifi, satellite TV, stereo, hot tub.  Cell phone can be provided for a small fee.  Exotic outdoor shower overlooking the mountains is an experience not to be missed.

A twin bed or air mattress can be added for 1 or 2 additional people.  Any more than 5 people will incur an addtional charge.

NO children below the age of 7 years allowed on the property.

Only an 8 minute drive down the canyon to the most pristine beaches in Malibu. Only 15 more minutes down Pacific Coast Highway to the famous Malibu City, where the stars do their shopping. Numerous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping and activities are easily accessed up and down the Pacific Coast.  The Artist House is just a few miles up the coast from Zuma Beach.

World renowned golf courses, the Getty Museum, surfing, horseback riding, boating, swimming, beachcombing, fine dining, night life, romantic settings, hiking, biking, sightseeing, whale watching, and so much more!!

2 Bedroom Rates:

3 - 6 nights at $275 / night PLUS sales tax and cleaning fee

1 - 3 weeks @ $1795 / week plus sales tax and cleaning fee every 2 weeks

4 weeks - $4500 plus 2 cleaning fees.  Over 4 weeks, email for quote.

Prices based on limit of 5-6 people. Each person over 5 will be an additional $25 per night.

No children below the age of 7 years allowed on the property.

3 Bedroom Rates:

3 - 6 nights at $325 / night PLUS sales tax and cleaning fee

1 - 3 weeks @ $1950 / week plus sales tax and cleaning fee every 2 weeks

4 weeks - $5500 plus 2 cleaning fees.  Over 4 weeks, email for quote.
