The house has multiple activities for keeping the kids entertained. It has an array of games, screened pool has loungers and kids outdoor yard games.

Located in Cocoa Beach you are approximately 5 minutes from Downtown Cocoa Beach. There are local quaint places for dining and shopping. The home is 1.5 miles from the Cocoa Beach Pier where you and your family can enjoy drinks or dinner with live music. Also, the world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just minutes away. Watch the cruise ships depart at Port Canaveral, just 5 miles north. The casino cruises set sail several times a day and offer free food and drinks.Visit

MONTHLY and Corporate rates offer great savings and are available upon request. The rates are higher during Jan,Feb, March & July. Less Than 6 months require taxes to be paid.
