Our exclusive 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located on a beautiful, secluded beach in Santa Barbara.  The property is steps to a private path that leads to a very special beach with limited access and quiet seclusion.  The setting is unique because it is on a quiet stretch of beach yet walking distance to shops and restaurants and minutes to downtown Santa Barbara.  The property has gorgeous ocean and island views where you can watch to sun rise over the sea from the master bedroom.  The large gourmand kitchen opens to the center of the house and is perfect for cooking with two or more people and great for entertaining.  The house was built in 2002 with beautiful marble and glass bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout and Viking appliances. The family / media room is equipped with a 50' home theater and the Sonos sound systems provides music though out the house.  The back yard is private and lush with a 7 person spa and an outdoor shower for after the beach.  Outdoor dining and BBQ is complete with the sounds of waves and gulls.  We are at the end of a cult-a-sac on a private drive and walking distance to a beautiful park with playground and ocean views.  Markets, coffee shops, and restaurants are all minutes away by foot.  It is great for families or couples who want experience life on the beach yet be close to all that Santa Barbara has to offer.

We have owned this home for 20 years and went through a ground up remodel in 2002. We recently bought another property and couldn't stand the thought of selling this house because of the great beach location and all the great memories we have had raising our family there.  In the last three months we have upgraded the property again with new hardwood floors in all the bedrooms, new paint, linens and furnishings.  

The house features 4 bedrooms, a large master bedroom with great ocean views, vaulted ceiling, a large walk in closet and a private balcony. The large master bathroom has travertine tile, glass shower enclosure, separate large tub, sky light and private water closet.  Two of the other bedrooms have queen beds and private bathrooms with travertine and glass showers.  The forth bedroom has two single beds with west facing windows and partial ocean views.  The large gourmand kitchen is located in the center of the house and is made for entertaining with seating for 8 around the counter and bar.  The open floor plan allows for multiple cooks with two sinks, granite counters and a Viking range.  An outdoor dining area is steps from the kitchen and has a natural gas BBQ (not LPG) and dining for 6 or more on a private patio.  The indoor / outdoor living room has seating for six or more and a 7 person spa surrounded by custom travertine tile.  The media room has a 52" flat screen TV and surround sound built in speakers.

The tropical backyard is private and quiet and has an outdoor shower for after the beach.  Steps from the back yard is a private path that leads down to a private beach which is great for sunbathing, walks on the beach or private sunset picnics.  

The house is located on a cult-a-sac and has a two car garage plus parking for two more cars on the driveway.  A minute walk away is a park with playground equipment and great ocean views.  Five minute walk takes you to a high end natural food market, a regular supermarket (Alberson's), Starbucks, pizza and many good restaurants, from Sushi, Thai, Tapas to Mexican, Pizza and fast food.  Five minutes by car takes you to downtown Santa Barbara to many great restaurants and boutiques.  The bike path starts at our property and takes you along the coast to the harbor and miles beyond on the beach.   It is truly a beautiful home in a very unique location.

Santa Barbara offers many attractions including ocean activities such as surfing, paddle boarding, whale watching, fishing and jogs on the beach.  Our private beach is good for surfing, fishing, tide pooling, sun bathing and walks on the beach.  The sunsets and sunrises can be spectacular.  The city of Santa Barbara offers great restaurants, shopping, wine tasting and night life.  Golf, hiking, cycling and sailing are also very popular.  We are located 30 minutes from some of the best wine country in U.S. with Pinot Noir being the region high light.  The history of Santa Barbara is vast with a historic mission, courthouse and other spanish buildings.  We are located an hour and half north of Los Angeles and Hollywood.
