Vacation Rental Description

Oceanfront condo.  Enjoy waking up to beautiful sunrises from your 
oceanfront private covered deck  and walking the uncrowded sandy 
beach.  This clean comfortable oceanfront condo is fully furnished 
and close to many local attractions.(Walking distance to marina)
Master bedroom has a queen sized bed;  Second bedroom has a full bed 
and one twin;  Living room has pullout twin bed;  Additionally there 
is a full-length couch in the living room.

High round, glass-topped wicker table and 4 tall comfortable stools 
on deck for great view!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone with caller-ID;  Central A/C;  Outside "after-swim" shower;  
Cable TV with VCR & DVD;  Additional TV & VCR in Master Bedroom; 
Washer & Dryer;  Full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher,ice-maker,  
coffe-maker, toaster, garbage disposal, dishes/utensils provided;  
Pool;  Designated parking;  For your convenience, there is a ground-
level storage area stocked w/ beach items so you needn't lug your 
own - umbrella, 6 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards.
No Pets Allowed.

April 1st - Memorial Day:  $650/wk
Memorial Day through Labor Day:  $995/wk
September:  $650/wk
October:  $500/wk
Security deposit required.
Off Season:  Please call for rates - Available monthly in the off 
season.  Check calender.  If not rented, no reasonable offer refused!!
Thanksgiving & Christmas week:  $650
Rates include taxes, cleaning and linens.  No added fees!!!
