The River Club membership is transferrable for a fee of $175.00 for periods of 2+ months and enables use of:

The River Club restaurant and bar is available for any guests or visitors.

Walking and biking in the community and nature trail.  The new Legacy Trail which runs from Venice to Sarasota is only 5 miles away.
Beaches are approximately a 10 minute drive to the nearest and other beaches are close.   Siesta Key, the Number 1 Beach this year, is approximately 30 minutes drive.
Fishing from the North and South Venice jetties.
Boat hire is easily available.
Restaurants, cinemas and shopping in Venice and downtown.
