High Season Rates* November 10th through April 30th:

$3000/wk + tax 1-2 guests, $3500/wk + tax 3-4 guests, $4000/wk + tax 5-6 guests

*Christmas/New Years Rates December 16th through January 4th $6000/wk 1-6 guests

Low Season Rates May 1st through November 8th:

$2400/wk + tax 1-2 guests, $2800/wk + tax 3-4 guests, $3200/wk + tax 5-6 guests

Other Fees:

Add 8% Hotel Tax, $500 refundable deposit. Non-rented bedrooms are lockouts.

Additional nights are prorated, 7-8 guests $350/wk additional (sleeper sofa)

Less than 7 nights $150 housekeeping fee

Renter must be 25 years or older (children welcome and must be supervised at all times)
