Vacation Rental Description

This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo directly overlooks the bay. The  
open floor plan and corner lanai offer bright panoramic views of the  
water, boats and pool area.  The fully-equipped kitchen has all  
upgraded appliances and includes a microwave, blender, food  
processor and over-sized griddle.  A closet in the kitchen also  
houses the large capacity washer and dryer.  The master bedroom and  
bath has its own sliding glass door onto the lanai.  The guest  
bedroom comfortably sleeps two and the great room sofa pulls out  
into a queen-size bed.  All rooms have television sets with cable  
included.  All linens and towels are provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Little Hickory Bay offers complimentary boat slips right out your  
back door on a beautiful dock overlooking the bay and Barefoot Beach  
Village.  The community offers a heated pool on the bay as well as  
an elevated tennis court.  The sparkling Gulf of Mexico and the  
white sands of Bonita Beach are approximately a quarter of a mile  
away.  The immediate area of Bonita Beach also offers world class  
shopping and dining as well as championship golf and daily boat  
rentals.

Activities and Attractions

Boating, swimming and tennis are favorite pasttimes at Little  
Hickory Bay.  Our resident "beach bums" walk to the beach everyday.   
Beach chairs are provided.  The community room is available for  
private gatherings.  Many recreational activities and community  
socials are scheduled throughout the year.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates range from $2000 to $3500 per month depending on the season.   
During the high season of January, February and March rates are  
$3500.  The months of December and April are $2900. 
For extended stays prices are negotiable.  Taxes and cleaning fees  
may be additional.
