2 private balconies, one out of mstrbdrm n the other out of kitchen/family room. A small patio for outside dining. Kitchen balcony has 2 seats swing. Fully air conditioned for the occasional hot day. Ceiling fans in each bdrm and addition floor fan or heater for extra need.  

Tastefully decorated with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. Comes with access to pool and hot jacuzzi.

This condo is located in the community of Renaissance/University City next to UTC mall, California. A quiet beautiful community with a breath taking pond full with plenty of beatuful ducks and ponds,(5 minutes walking away).
