Nearby visitor activities include whale watching cruises, snorkel cruises, fishing charters, hiking/walking (the famous Walua Trail is two blocks from your vacation home), kayaking, outrigger canoeing and more. You will be about a 5 minute drive to Magic Sands Beach for body surfing, boogie bording or sunbathing and Kahalu’u Bay for swimming and snorkeling amongst a plethora of tropical fish and the famous giant Kona turtles (ask us about shuttle, sightseeing or limousine service at special rates for our guests (on premises property manager is the owner/operator)

• January – February: $180/nt. or 1200/wk.
• March 2013 – June: $170/nt. or $1100/wk.
• July & September: $160/nt. or $900/wk.
• October & November: $170/nt. or 1,000/wk.
• Irom Man Triathlon: $1,600/wk.; $2,000 for 10 days.                        
• Early Snow Bird Special: October 15 to December 15, $1,800/wk.
• Merry Monarch Festival (April 2, 2013-April 9, 2013: $1,800/wk.
• Rates are applicable for up to 2 persons; please add $15/nt. for each person over 2.
• All rates and fees are subject to Hawaii taxes (~13.35%).
• Rates are subject to change until deposit is received.
• Minimum reservation is 4 nights.
• 5% discount for stays over 10 nights.
• 10% discount if you've stayed with us before.

Reservation, Security & Housekeeping Deposit: $300 (fully refundable up 120 days prior to check-in date; 50% refundable up to 90 days prior to check-in date; housekeeping deposit is up to 50% refundable subject to condition on departure).

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if notified in writing 120 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if notified in writing 90 days prior to arrival date.

Payment:  U.S. Currency Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Wire Tranfer, Major Credit Card. Note: Payments by Wire Tramsfer and/or Credit Card are subjec to bank fees.
