The penthouse condo is located in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club, a Private
Beach and Tennis Club, located directly across the street from
Santini Marina Plaza, at which there are a number of stores,
including a drug store,a stationery store with a U.S. Post Office
outlet,a hardware store,a bank, awesome restaurants, a marina with boat
rentals, gift and clothing stores,a book store, etc. There is also a
public golf course further down the street. There is a trolley which
stops in front of the complex, so come on down and experience it for
yourself. The fare is 50 cents. Pincher's Restaurant is four condos down with an
outside restaurant/tiki bar on the Gulf and they also have scheduled live entertainment.
The complex grounds are private and beautifully maintained with open
lounge areas by the pool and the property. There is a nice grassy
area also for children to play and barbeque available for cooking!

There are kitchen appliances available.  A toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, pot & pans & towels, etc..
The complex has an awesome heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, outside barbeques, and a laundry facility with plenty of washers and dryers on the lobby floor, near the pool.  You can put a load of laundry in while you play or relax at the pool.  Tables are in lobby, internet access outlets are by these tables and are covered with shade.   

Wildlife viewing, golf, tennis, swimming, water skiing, shelling,
parasailing, snorkeling, shopping, dolphin tours or an island dinner & movie
theater, hiking, scooter and bicycle/motorcycle rentals, boat rentals including
pontoon, canoe, and power boats.
There is also a Casino Boat and a boat trip to Key West.  We have all the information you will need to participate in any activities.

This beautiful penthouse condo is located close to Sanibel & Captiva Islands,
Marco Island, Bonita Beach, Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve, Tanger Outlet discount stores, the Edison Museum and Naples. Naples Zoo is a wonderful experience.  Only 3 hours from Disney World, if interested.

A one time cleaning fee of $85. plus 11% Florida state tax & standard $35.00 booking fee.
