We are renting the first floor of our beautiful home. I doubt that there is any other place in the city of San Francisco that has so much to offer at this price. What makes it even  better is that we are great hosts too!

A. ACCOMODATION:
1. Your Bedroom is sparkling clean, great smelling, spacious, has a queen bed. While your mattress is medium firm and comfortable, the sheets are  600-800 thread count white cotton and so are the Towels--always white.
2. You have a nice modern/traditional attached bath room.
3. Next to your bedroom is a private Game room with a large Billiards Table.
4. On the other side of your Bedroom is a 25'x13' ( Large) BAR ROOM with a full Bar.
5. There is another level downstairs with a 25'x13' Jaccuzi Room that opens into a large backyard..
6. You even have your own  full Kitchen AND  a LAUNGE ROOM.

B. LOCATION:
1. The house is geographically located in the center of San Francisco, on the foot of Mount Davidson , the highest point in the city...so you have a great view.
2. Airport is 15-20 minutes by car.
3. The neighborhood  feels like a quaint suburb but actually you are only 5 minutes from Castro and West Portal and less than 3 Miles from Downtown, Ocean beach and Museums.
4. You are in the midst of hiking/walking trails. Shopping ( Grocery, Starbucks, restaurants,Walgreens ) is within few blocks. Access to Freeways is easy, Public transportation is easily accessible ( bus stops outside and BART/Train/MUNI is within walking distance) .
5. Street Parking is ample. Best part is that since there are no street cleaning days, you don't have to move your car too often or  get ticketed/cited.
