Vacation Rental Description

Direct Oceanfront Condo in exclusive Juno Beach, Florida, in Palm 
Beach County just south of Jupiter, just east of A1-A on the beach.

The ocean is our back yard!  The boardwalk to the beach is directly
behind the condo just 12 steps from the patio.  

The master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors
to the patio facing the ocean.

The condo is beautifully decorated with the theme of a "Key West" 
Beach House.

We are located in Juno Shores Resort, a quaint and private condo 
complex across from the park, lake and city hall.

Vacation Rental Amenities

A large swimming pool and spa is located next to the condo.

Fully equipped kitchen with large dining room - seats 6.

The kitchen was completely remodeled recently with all new stainless 
steel appliances last year.

Master bedroom has a king bed and private newly remodeled marble 
bathroom and granite vanity.  TV, VCR

Guest bedroom has a queen bed and next to hall bathroom.
Twin Roll-a-way bed.

The living room has a built in High Definition TV and stereo system with DVD, 
CD & Cassette.

1st Floor handicap access (no steps) with tropical landscaping in 
the back yard facing the ocean.

Covered patio with table & chairs.

Activities and Attractions

Exclusive high end area on a beautiful quiet beach.

Great fishing behind the condo or at the new Juno Beach fishing pier 
just a short walk up the beach.

Juno Shores is just 18 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport.

Less than 10 Minutes to waterfront restaurants, and to Roger Dean Stadium 
where the Cardinals and Florida Marlins have spring training.

Several golf courses are close by. Just minutes from the new North 
Palm Beach Country Club.

Juno Beach park and lake is across the street from the condo. Kids 
Playground.

Close to Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, Stuart, Singer 
Island, Boca, Palm Beach, Florida

Vacation Rental Rates

 
Prime Season - January thru March - Monthly rentals only for $4750. 
Other months are available for weekly rentals. SEE BELOW. December 2008 weekly rates is 
$1500.

Off Season begins June 1st thru November. Special monthly rates available.  Weekly 
rentals $1250.

SPECIAL -- WE HAD A CANCELLATION FOR AUGUST. WEEKLY RENTALS AVAILABLE FOR A GREAT PRICE.

building available if we are booked.

Baseball Cardinal Fans... Be on the beach next year and go to St. 
Louis Cardinals and Florida Marlins baseball spring training games 
in Jupiter... Just minutes from Roger Dean Stadium.

Near Jupiter, Florida oceanfront condos and beaches, North Palm 
Beach beaches, just minutes to Singer Island, West Palm Beach, Palm 
Beaches, Tequesta,Florida.

Most other months are available and will consider weekly rentals 
starting at $1250/week. 

Florida Taxes and a cleaning charge of $85.00 is additional. High 
Speed Internet is available for $25.
